Your answers are here

The most common questions about Klaimira. Can't find what you need? Write to us.

Is Klaimira an official authority?

No. Klaimira is an independent software tool; it does not provide legal advice. It helps you collect evidence, assess your EU261 rights, and prepare your claim dossier. The final decision rests with the airline, the authority or the court.

Where is my data stored?

Your evidence is stored on your device first. After sealing, it's transferred to the Klaimira server over secure HTTPS for automatic sync when you're online. You can export your data from within the app or permanently delete it.

Which flights are covered?

EC 261/2004 applies to flights departing from the EU, or arriving in the EU on an EU airline. Klaimira analyzes distance, delay length and the cause of disruption to show your rights with the reasoning behind them.

Does Klaimira pay the compensation?

No. The airline pays the compensation. Klaimira takes no commission; for a flat fee, independent of the outcome, it only produces your claim dossier. There is no guarantee you will win.

How does pricing work?

Collecting evidence and seeing your rights is free. When you export your dossier, you pay a one-time fee, or get unlimited dossiers with an annual Premium. Payment is processed through the App Store / Google Play.
