Every piece of evidence is sealed the moment it's captured
Every photo, notification and receipt is sealed with SHA-256 on your phone the moment it's captured. It's then backed up to your account over an encrypted connection, and the server attests the timestamp with an Ed25519 signature. Any change after sealing is detectable, and the attestation can be checked independently against the published public key.

The engine assesses distance, delay length and the cause the airline gives against the regulation and EU Court of Justice rulings (Sturgeon, Wallentin-Hermann). Every result comes with its reasoning: eligible, likely, evidence missing, uncertain or not eligible. The final decision rests with the airline, the authority or the court.
Passenger rights in numbers
EU261 covers flights departing the EU and flights into the EU on an EU airline. If your flight falls outside it, Klaimira checks whichever of UK261, SHY, Montreal, US DOT or Canada's APPR may apply.
